One of my New Year's Resolutions for 2011 is to try 2 new recipes a month. Up until May of 2010 I was juggling a full time job that requires lots of traveling, grad school to get my Master's, trying to be a good wife, all while keeping up with the household duties! Needless to say, meals were simple, quick and easy... and frequently repeated!

Now that I have some free time on my hands, I'm trying to grow my cooking skills and confidence and trying new recipes seemed like the best way to make that happen! Here are some of the new {and old!} recipes I've used. Enjoy!
